Cliste Hospitality Portfolio Recognised Among Ireland’s Best Workplaces™ 2026

Dublin, 26 February 2026
— Cliste Hospitality celebrated recognition for its managed hotel portfolio as one of Ireland’s Best Workplaces™ 2026 in the Super Large Category at the Great Place to Work® Awards, announced at last night’s ceremony in Dublin.

The national recognition for its collective brand, The iNUA Hotel Collection, follows a number of Cliste Hospitality managed properties achieving Great Place to Work® Certification for the third consecutive year. Based on aggregated employee feedback and an independent cultural assessment, the portfolio has now been ranked at group level among Ireland’s leading employers within its size category.

The Great Place to Work® methodology is grounded in confidential employee surveys and an independent audit of workplace practices. Rankings are determined by measurable trust indicators including management credibility, fairness, respect, pride and team engagement. The recognition reflects performance against independently benchmarked national standards.

Across its branded portfolio, The iNUA Hotel Collection, Cliste Hospitality has implemented a structured people strategy focused on leadership development, internal promotion pathways, formalised performance management systems, structured onboarding and training frameworks, inclusive recruitment partnerships and defined communication channels between property teams and senior leadership.

The award was announced on 25 February 2026 as part of the annual Great Place to Work® Ireland rankings in Dublin
